Analysts from both the left and the right are making a mockery of the health care reform plan released by the Republican-controlled Congress this week.
The Republicans in Congress are obsessed with repealing the Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. Democrats are furious because the plan would impose more costs and offer less care to middle-class and poor Americans.
On the other side, the far right-wing conservatives are angry because the Republican establishment has finally realized that Obamacare is popular among the American people, so the plan released this week leaves major pieces of Obamacare in place.
Paul Ryan and his lawmakers in Washington D.C. can’t please anyone – both the Republicans and the Democrats can’t stand them!
Everyone knows that Fox News is the favorite media outlet for conservatives and the station usually does everything it can to promote the Republican agenda. But when it comes to the new health care reform plan, not even Fox News has anything nice to say.
Washington D.C. political journalist Benny Johnson posted this revealing screenshot of a Fox News broadcast on Wednesday. Check it out, via Facebook:
In other words, the Trump administration and the Republicans have no idea what they are doing when it comes to health care reform.
Maybe the reason Trump, Ryan, and the rest of the Republicans don’t know the costs or how many people lose insurance because they don’t care!
Here’s one more media clip to demonstrate just how much of a failure the Republican health care proposal is.
Charles Cooke is the editor of the conservative news hub, National Review Online. He tweeted this week that he hasn’t heard from a single analyst who supports the proposal. When an ignorant Trumper called him out, he put her in her place.

Every day, more and more Republicans are breaking ties and saying they oppose the Trump-Ryan agenda. It’s only a matter of time before the whole party implodes.
