Countless experts and analysts have predicted that President Donald Trump’s presidency will end before he reaches the end of his four-year term in office.
Most forecasters have said Trump may well be impeached – but new reports from credible inside sources say that Trump may actually end up resigning instead.
These rumors are causing a major stir in Washington D.C. and throughout the country.
Trump’s resignation would be great for a couple reasons – first, it would get him out of office. Second, it would save Americans times and expenses involved with going through impeachment hearings.
If Donald Trump has learned one thing since he’s taken office, it’s that being President of the United States is most definitely a lot harder than it looks.
From the current investigation by the Senate Intelligence Committee into the Trump campaign’s possible connection with Russia, to the failed attempt to repeal and replace ObamaCare with “TrumpCare,” there’s no shortage of reasons as to why Trump would want to throw in the towel and call it a day.
In fact, Trump’s lowest approval rating yet surfaced this week from the Gallup Daily Tracking survey. A stunningly low 57 percent of Americans disapproved of Trump’s job performance, while just 38 percent approved.
But President Trump may already be considering resigning, however, at least according to some sources.
Former staffer under President Bill Clinton and veteran of three presidential campaigns, Claude Taylor took to Twitter to inform followers that a journalist friend he’s spoken with informed him that Trump may possibly be considering resigning as president:
An (independent) journalist I have worked with-who has been reliable-says they have 2 sources that say Trump is considering options- including resignation.
Then, to corroborate what Taylor tweeted, award-winning journalist Paul Brandus,a member of the White House press corps who runs the West Wing Reports Twitter account, tweeted the following:
Former chairman of RNC Steele told WWR at lunch that Trump will not finish his term; advises clients to bolster ties w/VP Pence
Millions of Americans are hoping that this turns out to be true!
