New details have emerged about President Donald Trump’s ties to Russian operatives, and some insiders expect federal charges to be filed against the president within a matter of weeks.
Special prosecutor Robert Mueller recently issued his first indictments in the Trump-Russia investigation, which were against three former Trump campaign operatives and business partners. Those charges are giving the American people new clues about the coming charges against other Trump associates, including the president and his family.
Details are still emerging, but reliable sources say at least two additional Trump figures can expect to be indicted sooner than later – Trump himself, and former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.
- Donald Trump – indicted on RICO over the Felix Sater and Bayrock case, and on other charges which sources have requested we do not report.
- Mike Flynn – indicted for failing to register under FARA, the Foreign Agents’ Registration Act, as an agent of Turkey whilst National Security Advisor
Trump is likely to be brought down by his connections to one Russian operative in particular – Felix Slater, a Trump business partner with close connections to Vladimir Putin.
Way back in 2015, Sater is the one who first predicted that Trump would become president and that the Putin regime in Russia would provide support to make that a reality. Emails obtained by the New York Times earlier this year show that Sater was bragging about the way that the Russians would alter the U.S. election in Trump’s favor.
“Our boy can become president of the USA and we can engineer it,” wrote Sater. “I will get all of Putins team to buy in on this, I will manage this process.… I will get Putin on this program and we will get Donald elected.”
Obviously the latest charges against campaign chief Paul Manafort and his business partners are making Trump extremely uncomfortable. And they should – he is likely the next one who will be thrown into a major federal legal battle.
It’s only a matter of time before America can get rid of Trump and move on from this national nightmare.
